Terms & Conditions:

•  All charges are per tradesman  

• Parking is charged at cost where applicable

• Materials are charged at cost (please advise if you have a preferred supplier)

• Sourcing time for materials is charged at a flat rate of £15 per hour where applicable + any parking costs

• If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge applicable to the booking will be applied 

• For fixed rate bookings, however, or bookings scheduled after 6:00pm on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking
