All charges are per tradesman

Parking is charged at cost where applicable

Materials are charged at cost (please advise if you have a preferred supplier)

Sourcing time for materials is charged at a flat rate of £22 per hour where applicable + any parking costs

If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge applicable to the booking will be applied

For fixed rate bookings, however, or bookings scheduled after 6:00pm on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking
